Coronavirus (Covid-19) Update

Our number one priority is the health and wellbeing of our children, families and Coaches.

With this firmly in mind (and acting on the advice from the Federal Government), we have made the difficult decision to put all Billy’s Buddies Programs on hold until further notice. We will reevaluate this decision in four weeks.

Your Region’s Management team will be in touch with further information.

Billy’s Buddies is an important part of all our lives, particularly our Buddies, but the priority must be protecting the community. Please respect our decision and stay safe everyone.

What happen’s to my account now that my Session has been cancelled?

With all Billy’s Buddies classes suspended due to the COVID-19 pandemic, our process regarding accounts is as follows:

  1. Your Direct Debit payments will be put on HOLD indefinitely;
  2. You will be notified via email as soon as this happens;
  3. Once we are granted permission (from the Government) to recommence Programs, it is only then that we will reactivate your account; and,
  4. Your payments will be reactivated and you will be notified that this has occurred.

NOTE: You will NOT be charged until we are able to recommence.
